Owner Introduction
With over a life-time of experience in the IT industry, I’ve led business-critical initiatives across executive management, consulting, and enterprise architecture—serving U.S. commercial, federal, and international markets. I’ve spent more than two decades solving complex IT and business challenges—blending strategic thinking with hands-on leadership across consulting, analysis, and enterprise architecture. At IBM, I was one of the founding Principals of the Performance Management and Scalability Services organization, where we built a global reputation for solving large-scale ERP and systems performance issues.
I created and led an IBM test lab used to validate and optimize SAP, PeopleSoft, BAAN, and Oracle Financial systems for government and commercial clients. As a sub-contractor for a Prime, my team worked for the U.S. Army, leading IT realignment initiatives in the classified government space. My background combines ITSM, security, business development, and project leadership--always driving measurable results.
